Vegas Golden Knights library card
Having received overwhelming customer feedback during my Library Twitter War, I pitched the concept of a Vegas Golden Knights Library Card. This resulted in not only a library card that quadrupled new signups, but the first-ever promotional partnership with our hometown NHL team that includes digital content, live appearances and prizes for Library District initiatives.

My Library Card Is Incredible Because …
In 2018, the Library District adopted the American Library Association’s National Library Card Sign-Up month theme: The Incredibles. Tasked with personalizing the campaign for our district, I developed a promotional campaign to promote new library card signups by encouraging our customers to share what makes their library card “incredible” for the chance to win a limited edition tote bag. This contest was conducted via custom foam boards at 25 branches, and across our social media channels, collecting a total of more than 3,000 responses. I also captured photos of the physical cards to share on our social media channels after the contest ended.



Life Is Beautiful with a Library Card
I developed a promotional partnership between the Library District and Life Is Beautiful Music & Arts Festival, giving cardholders an opportunity to enter on our website for the chance to win two three-day passes to the annual event. This social contest increased our Twitter and Instagram engagement over 200% and received more than 1,800 responses.
